SPR# RSCF568LZH - Fixed a problem where fault recovery caused panic when invoking CleanupScriptPath

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Software Quality Engineering and has been
addressed in Domino 5.0.10.
Workaround:
Specify the directory in the global PATH, and only the executable name in the
CleanupScriptPath parameter. For example:
PATH=$PATH;/usr/scripts < in .profile
CleanupScriptPath=rc.notes.fatal < in notes.ini
Supporting Information:
This problem is specific to the Domino/390 platform and is the result of
inconsistent parsing of the CleanupScriptPath parameter.
